Tiffanie Sperling is a 30-year fitness veteran and a Member/Manager of enerGEEwhizz kids fitness. Sperling is a graduate of the highly-regarded University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology.. Sperling is nationally certified in personal training and group fitness including NASM, AFFA, ACSM and has specialty certifications in prenatal and postpartum fitness, youth sports development and fitness, yoga, indoor cycling and triathlon. Besides her fitness industry acumen, Sperling has 28 years of fitness management experience in corporations and start-ups. Tiffanie loves to call Chicago home and is the proud mom of 3 active, fitness loving kids.
Director of Programming and Curriculum
Lizzy’s passion for health and fitness started young at age three when she first competed in swimming. She was well versed in different sports growing up and eventually ended her athletic career with playing club volleyball at Ohio State University. While there, she started to teach group fitness classes and has been teaching professionally for six years now. Some award’s Lizzy has earned over the years include instructor of the year at OSU, sweatiest instructor, and best attitude for volleyball. She is certified in yoga (200 hour RYT), TRX, Schwinn, BOSU, and Indo-Row, plus holds a bachelor’s degree in human development. Lizzy loves having the opportunity to positively shape the future in an innovative space that inspires our youth to strive to be their best self.

Sarah Brew holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is a Phi Beta Kappa member completing her Masters in Occupational Therapy at UIC. Prior to joining the enerGEEwhizz kids fitness team, Sarah worked at an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic that specializes in sensory processing disorders, emotional regulation, and autism. In her free time, Sarah enjoys taking long walks through the city, drinking La Croix on her balcony (so much so that she even chose to be a can of La Croix for Halloween!), and playing tennis. Sarah is passionate about cultivating an inclusive and supportive environment and looks forward to supporting the holistic development of kids at enerGEEwhizz kids fitness!

Erica Chandler has always had an appetite for health and wellness. She began her career in the fitness industry shortly after graduating from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. Since then, she has dedicated her life to serving as an educator and advocate to those hoping to create and maintain healthy lifestyles. After relocating from Michigan to Illinois, Erica has served as an Exercise Specialist in outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Chicagoland area where she worked with people of all age groups and physical capacities. Erica’s healthcare background and passion to help youth achieve their individual fitness goals is a perfect fit for enerGEEwhizz kids fitness! When Erica isn’t coaching, she enjoys walking around the city exploring the many eateries Chicago has to offer.

Working as a summer camp counselor, Nathan Fioramonti realized at a young age that his passion was to work with children, especially those with special needs. After studying Special Education at Old Dominion University, Nathan began his own personal fitness journey with a goal to lose 150 pounds. After discovering his love for fitness, he was motivated to pursue a Masters Degree in Health Education and Promotion from Marymount University. Nathan’s research interest is in child obesity prevention through increased daily physical activity. His career goal to help children and families realize the importance, value, and benefits of incorporating physical fitness in their daily routine is a perfect match for enerGEEwhizz kids fitness. In his spare time, he loves to keep fit through running, triathlon and strength training, and skiing. Nathan relocated to Chicago from Northern Virginia and loves to explore and learn new things about the Windy City!
