This 60-minute small group personalized training session is designed for the more advanced learning styles of our Preteen and early teen participants, aged 9 and up to challenge their body and their mind. With a small 8:1 exerciser to Fitness Coach ratio, the participant will get the attention they need to accomplish new goals while having a blast, bouncing, jumping, kicking, punching, and throwing their way to a fit and healthy lifestyle. All 6 enerGEEwhizz kids fitness modules will be utilized in this class, plus warm-up and cool-down stretching sessions.
