We are excited to offer Live-stream workouts for kids during the social distancing resulting from the COVAD-19 virus. Kids need to exercise and although we can’t bring the awesome enerGEEwhizz kids fitness equipment and program to your home, we can bring some fun at-home workouts with our coaches leading the way! Tune in daily at 1PM CST for a different workout each day and checkout our YouTube Channel for videos of these workouts after they are completed.

- Tuesday, 3/17/20 – “Roll the Dice” and Get Lucky Workout – Today’s workout will be a fun interval workout including cardio and muscular strength/endurance exercises as well as a warm-up and stretching. - Wednesday, 3/18/20 – Kiddo Cardio-Kickboxing – This workout will need no equipment and a small amount of room. Kids will have a blast kicking and punching, jumping and squatting during this high-energy workout. Caregivers are welcome to join in the fun! https://zoom.us/j/676179494

- Friday, 3/20/20 – Obstacle / Interval FUN! – We are repeating our Monday workout since it didn’t record! It was so much fun, we’ll do it again!
