54 Card Workout Instructions



Equipment Needed:

  1. Deck of Cards including the Jokers
  2. List of Exercises
  3. Stopwatch or timer
  4. Family Members Looking for FUN and FITNESS!


  1. Shuffle Cards
  2. Deal cards out to family members so each have the same number (extras can be put aside)
  3. Complete an adequate warm-up (one can be found on the enerGEEwhizz kids fitness YouTube channel)
  4. Each family member takes turns picking one of their cards to use for exercise. The card will coincide with an exercise on the guide sheet (pdf link below).  Used cards get put to the side
  5. Each time a family member chooses an exercise, the entire family completes it.  Instructions for each exercise can be found in the link below.
  6. Continue until you have completed the amount of time you would like to exercise or until the entire deck of cards is complete
  7. Finish with a stretching segment to prevent injuries and maintain/gain flexibility.
